How?
The Passion Project is successful when:
- everyone 'buys in' to the philosophy that learning occurs in community
- students have a voice and are given time to explore their passions
- the focus is on the learning journey, the process of creativity through passion
- schedules are flexible and allow for changes
- learning occurs outside and inside the classroom
- student are equipped with the skills they need, when they need them
- communication between school and families is open and honest
- failures are embraced as a step closer to success
- learning looks different for individuals within a class
- the opportunity for a 'fresh start' is always available
